Automatic Single Head Powder Filling Machine for accurate filling of powders and granules in rigid containers/bottles with an accuracy upto ± 1% for fill quantities over 50 gms or ± 2% for fill quantities upto 50 gms. Filling capacity ranges from 5 gms to 1 kg. Output upto 2000 fills/hr. The machine can be provided with a turn table for easy and trouble free feeding of the bottles/containers. The machine is most suitable for filling Tooth Powder, Talcum Powder, Baby Powder, Dry Syrups, Coffee Powder and Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemicals or Cosmetic Products etc. in powder form. Special model with servo motors instead of clutch / brake unit available for better output & accuracy.
